In order to return the purchased goods, the Customer should inform the Seller of their intention to return the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the shipment. A sample withdrawal form can be found here. The statement can be sent, for example, by email to hello@nuskat.com, with “Return” and the order number in the subject line.
The returned goods must be in the same condition as they were sent, i.e., they must not have any damage, scratches, or cracks.
The goods must be returned in the same packaging that protects them from damage during transport.
Then, within 14 calendar days from the date of withdrawal from the sales contract, the customer is obliged to send the purchased goods together with the proof of purchase or the withdrawal form to the following address:

The customer is obliged to return the purchased goods together with the proof of purchase or the withdrawal form.
The cost of the return shipment is covered by the Buyer.
The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned goods using the same method as the payment for the order.
Complaints

The Customer may inform the Seller of their intention to file a complaint in any form, for example by e-mail, by sending a statement to hello@nuskat.com. Please enter the word “Complaint” and the order number in the subject line. A sample form can be found here.
The goods must be returned in the same packaging that protects them from damage during transport.
The goods subject to complaint, together with a printed statement, should be sent to the following address:

The complaint will be considered within 14 calendar days from the date of submission. The customer will be informed by email about the outcome of the complaint.
